This video compile some of the work i have done on Gears of war ultimate edition on XBoxOne.
On this project i worked on various aspect of the environment effect
- Matinee sequences, creating, placing, animating and triggering effects for in game sequences.
- Per-baked destruction
- Creating environment effects such as fire, ocean , lighting storm.
- Optimization of effects, reducing overdraw, particle count, shader complexity.
- Optimization of the game, streaming and general performance
